Care Provider
Vivian Cook, M.D.
Dr. Cook brings an important feature to our practice as she speaks fluent Spanish. She was born in Puerto Rico and spent the first six years of her life there. Evansville has been her home since 1990. While attending undergraduate classes at DePauw University, she served as the Chief Medical Officer in Honduras and in Nicaragua for a winter term at each location. Her graduate studies were completed at Indiana University. Doctor Cook served her Internship and Residency at Indiana University Medical Center and remained there to serve her Hematology/Oncology Fellowship.
Dr. Cook is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Hematology and Oncology.
Dr. Cook, her husband Jeremy, their daughter and two sons are glad to be back in Evansville.
